- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 bag of rice
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 container oatmeal
- peanut butter or PB powder
- 1-3 apples
- 1/2 dozen eggs
- small container of non-fat Greek yogurt
- optional sides: cheese, avocado, sausages, salsa
